Molly,
Such a simple thing – yet most of us forget the fuel nature can provide us with. Whenever I feel a stressful moment coming on, the take about 5 deep breaths, sometimes accompanied by fragrant candles. I read a few posts on your blog and I love how motivated you are about what you do!
